Delete your Vincere account
You can delete your account and data yourself, at any time.
In the app
iPhone
Open Vincere → Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
Android
Open Vincere → Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
On the web
No app? Enter the email on your account. We'll send a 6-digit code, then you can delete the account here.
Signed up with Apple and don't know your email? Delete from the app, or email vincereapp@gmail.com with your username and we'll do it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, username and photo; your tasks, habits, goals, notes, journal, focus history and W's; your posts, proof photos, comments and reactions; your follows and shared-item memberships; and your conversations with Vince.
What we keep
Purchase records that we're legally required to keep. Copies in backups are removed on our normal backup cycle.
